He is survived by: his children, Eric Addison Cockrell (Rebecca) of Charlotte, NC, Geoffrey James Cockrell (Janice Williams) of Conway and Ann Marie Cockrell of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Geoffrey Cade McConnell, Annabela Jean Cockrell, Joseph Addison Cockrell and Paul Grafton Cockrell.
