He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenwood Leo "Bubba" Perry and Ivey Edna Smith Perry; his parents-in-law, Bertha Stalvey Mishoe and Charles Edward Mishoe; his wife Mary Etta Mishoe Perry; his son Charles Leo Perry; and his son-in-law Luther Whitlock.
