She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Iski and Irene Iski (Kertes); her husband Joseph "Joe" M. Beckowitz; her daughter Gaylynn Davis; and her siblings, Mary Bestwick, Ann Tomaino, Irene Kovalyak, Andrew, Gabriel, Frank, Charles and Joseph Iski.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Pace (late Steve) of Perry, GA, Deborah Bramlet (late Tom Moseley) of Conway, SC, Mark Beckowitz (Dhari) of Rock Hill, SC and Randy Makela (Dan) of Dover, PA; and her sisters, Rose Zilich of Canonsburg and Betty Anatori of Liberty Borough. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren; her eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory (4504 Walnut St, McKeesport, PA 15132). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Clare Cemetery.
