She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Fulton; her sister Mary Lou Wyrick (Jim) of Stuart, FL; and her children, Richard Fulton, Susie Fulton of Parkersburg, Martin Fulton, Phyllis Fulton of Parkersburg, Candace Martin, Tim Martin of Gettysburg, Peggy Russell and Steve Russell of Merritt Island. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
