He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Raleigh Norris, Sr. and Winnie Lee Jenkins Norris; his daughter Michelle Norris; and his siblings, Beulah Johnson, Ada Turner, Lendale Norris and Dewayne Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquline Norris; his children, Jesse R. Norris III (Phoebe) and Jill Dwyer; his grandchildren, Addie Grace Norris, Lillian Dwyer and Raleigh Dwyer; and his siblings, Linda Lawson (Dave), Joel Dean Norris (Bonnie), Debbie Manganello (Mike), Wanza Alford (Nathan) and Donna Bell (Ricky).
