She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Lewis and Viola Gasque Lewis; and her husband Dennis Murdock.
Her smile was so great that even her Alzheimer's diagnosis could not erase it. She was determined to do her part for the advancement of Alzheimer's treatment so much that she sacrificed her own body and well-being by entering an experimental research study.
