He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Huggins and Gary Huggins; and his brother Danny Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Mathews; and his children, Billy Mathews (Sandy), Rachel Tracy (Shane), Dana Mendoza (Cornelius) and Lisa Ryes (Humberto). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
