She is survived by: her children, Vicki Johnson (Monroe) of Greer, SC and Willie Thompkins of Aynor; her granddaughters, Iris Johnson Hood (Anthony) of Bonneau, SC, Tiffany Thompkins of Aynor and Jillian Johnson of Greer, SC; and her great grandchildren, Payton Hood, Dawson Hood and Benjamin Cooper.
Mrs. Thompkins was born September 26, 1922 in Columbus County, NC, a daughter of the late Dolier Dawson and Charity Tyler Spivey.
