She was predeceased by: her parents, McKeaver James, Sr. and Eloise Roberts James; and her sister Carolyn Daniels. She is survived by: her husband Grant; her daughters, Gina Hyman and Jamie Gaston (John) of Conway; her son-in-law Doug Hyman of Conway; her grandchildren, Emily Ann Gaston and John Thomas Gaston, III; and her siblings, McKeaver James, Jr. (Mary) of Conway and Saundra Phillips of Murrells Inlet, SC.
Due to the Corona Virus, funeral services will be private, but services will be broadcast through the Juniper Bay Baptist Church Facebook page.
She was the recipient of the Conway High School Educational Foundation Outstanding Alumni Award in 2018.
