He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wendell Lewis of Conway and Vonnie Holmes Lewis of Conway. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Martin Lewis; his stepsons, Eddie Martin (Charmaine) of Conway and Andy Martin (Wendy) of Conway; his sisters, Sue Lewis Capps (Elijah) of Conway and Priscilla Lewis of Conway; and his stepgrandchildren, Cody Keats of Myrtle Beach, Kyle Keats of Florida, Cameron Keats of Louisiana, Alandrea Martin and Trey Martin of Conway.
