She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Roark and Lorraine Reed Roark; her former husband Larry Gene Sheets; and her husband Richard Franklyn Samples. She is survived by: her sons, Shanon Sheets (Jennifer) and Larry Denny Sheets (Tracy); and her granddaughter Samantha Sheets.
