He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Crawford and Vivian Crawford of Lerona, WV.. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Crawford of Lerona, WV and Jeff Crawford (Bonnie) of Athens, WV; and his brother-in-law James Moye of Johnsonville, SC.. He is also survived by two nephews; five nieces.
The family has requested that memorial donations be made in honor of Gerald's beloved dog, Duke, to the Horry County Animal Care Center, 1923 Industrial Park Road, Conway, SC 29526.
