With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geneva Capps Harrelson of Conway, South Carolina, who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Earl Harrelson; her parents, Troy Capps and Katherine Squires Capps; her siblings, Joseph (Joshua Harrelson), Jessie Clarence Capps, Jennings Capps, Troy Capps and Izzie Capps Brown; and her sister-in-law Frances Harrelson.
She is survived by: her stepmother Edith Capps; her children, Jerry Earl Harrelson (Paula) of Myrtle Beach, Patty Harrelson Shelley (Martin) of Conway and Charlene Harrelson Hucks (Terry) of Conway; her sisters, Dru Strickland Ackerman (Marc) of Charleston, SC, Milner Strickland (Norman) of Huger, SC and Joyce Farmer of Georgia; her sisters-in-law, Claire Capps of Conway, Brenda Capps of Charleston, Helen Wakefield of Conway and Jean Harrelson Jordan of Conway; her niece Sandra Gail James of Conway; her grandchildren, Brandy Bukauskas (Joe), Katie Shelley (Jonathan), Rachel Wuellner (Nathaniel), Adam Harrelson (Savannah), Jonathan Harrelson (Logan Grace) and Sara Harrelson; and her great grandchildren, Seth Martin (Olivia), Keegan Spivey, Laine Spivey, Abigail Hucks, Peyson Bukauskas, Sofia Wuellner and James Wuellner.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Goldfinch Funeral Home (606 Beaty St, Conway, SC 29526). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Goldfinch Funeral Home Conway Chapel (606 Beaty St, Conway, SC 29526).
