She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Blair and Francis Galliger Blair; her husband William DeWayne Milburn; and her grandson Billy Joe Lawson. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Petrie (Grant), Denise Broussard (Daniel), DeWayne Milburn (Sylvia) and Jo Ann Rheubert (Tony); her grandchildren, Tammy, Jeremy, Brandon, Jacqueline, Christina, Sara, Megan, Erik, Angela and Rebecca; and her sister Alice. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
