He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Taft Skipper and Mary Mac Gasque Skipper; his wife Betty J. Skipper; and his brother Taft Skipper, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Randy Skipper (Tammy) of Conway and Tammy Hughes (Billy) of Conway; his grandchildren, Mandy Hanna (Kirk), Brad Skipper (Andrea), David Skipper (Casey), Daniel Skipper (Jessica), Lacey, Peyton, Truston, Paisley, Kale, Mariah, Lux, McKenzie, Ryker, Kyler Jude, Macy and Saylor Gray; his great great grandchild Palmer Kitt; and his sisters, Mary Dean Watts of Conway and Val Jean Brown of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
