He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford Baxley, Sr. and Bertha Richardson Baxley; his brothers, Hubert E. Baxley and Ford Baxley, Jr.; his sister-in-law Hilda Hucks Baxley; and his niece Jackie Baxley.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Baxley; his sons, Daniel Baxley of Myrtle Beach, Russell Baxley (Rhonda) of Galivants Ferry and Mark Baxley of Conway; his grandchildren, Moriah Rose Baxley of Myrtle Beach, Zoë Kathryn Baxley of Galivants Ferry, Joshua Kosatschenko and Rick Sherman; and his sister-in-law Margie Baxley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
