She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewitt Needham Forehand and Nina Moore Forehand; her husband David A. Thomas; her siblings, Norwood Forehand, Ronald Forehand, Doris Vereen and Angeline Louise Forehand; and her son-in-law William "Billy" Greene.
She is survived by: her children, Gary M. Thomas (Ashley) of Los Angeles, CA, Kenneth L. Thomas (Mary) of Little River, SC and Betsy T. Greene of Conway, SC; her grandchildren, Haydn M. Thomas of Little River, SC and Ian A. Thomas of Little River, SC; and her sister Nita Forehand Sparks of Conway, SC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
