She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Vereen Sr. and Estelle Robinson Vereen; her husband Benjamin Bellamy Sr.; and her daughter Denise Bellamy. She is survived by: her children, Boddy Bellamy (New York), Benjamin Bellamy Jr. (Yvette), Cornelius Bellamy (Tiffany) and Shamika Graves; and her siblings, Frederick Vereen, Barbara Greene (James), Sarah Vereen, Wilbert Vereen, Philip Vereen, Cathy Brown (Herbert) and Estelle J. Vereen.
