She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Gallaher; her daughter Tammy Lee Gallaher; and her siblings, Randy Hoffer (Judy), Roger Hoffer (Dorothy), Richard Hoffer, Bud Hoffer (Lonnie), Linda Manning and Diana Wittstruck.
