He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Walsh and Louellen Walsh; and his sister Mary Lu Walsh. He is survived by: his husband Johnny Davenport; his sister Kathy MacAndrew (Vince); his nephews, Michael, Ross and Brice MacAndrew; his cousins, Stephen Butler, Amy Jackson, Lee Butler, Greg Butler and Davenport; and his close friend Jim Fitch.
