He is survived by: his wife Cindy Seals Causey; his children, Anthony Seals (Lana), Phyllis Causey Johnson (Shannon) and Jennifer Perritt (James); his grandchildren, Ashley, Catlin, Cody, Caitlin, Alexia, Nikolas, Samuel, Preston, Christopher, Elizabeth, Taylor, Jordan, Jeremy, Jessica and Julie; his great grandchildren, McKinley and Emma; and his pets, Rambo and Callie.
