With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Lloyd Garner (Conway, South Carolina), born in Laurinburg, North Carolina, who passed away on September 19, 2018 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Cramer Garner Sr. and Grace Huggins; his brother Johnny Cramer Garner Jr.; and his wife Deborah Garner. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Hill and Crystal Garner; his grandchildren, Kaydee Hill, Kobe Hill, Ember Waddle and Witten Waddle; and his siblings, Thelma Hartley, Linda Garner, Margie Smoake, Carol Garner and Chevelle Atkinson.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers friends and family are welcome to make donations in his honor to the American Diabetes Association.
