He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willa Mae Purvis, Francis and Opal Allen; his sister Mary McKellar Purvis Hunsucker (Colby); and his nieces, Carly Mae and Sadie Elaine Hunsucker.
He is survived by: his parents, William Carl Purvis, Jr. and Nancy Elaine Allen Purvis; his aunts, Linda Stevens (Delan) and Lynn Purvis; his uncle Bennie Allen (Donna); and his cousins, Lucas Williams (Kristen), Morgan Williams (Charlie), Forrest Lewis, Scarlett Lewis, Sarah Hilts (Andrew) and Katie Peter (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
