She was predeceased by: her father Calvin C. Cooke; her sister Jane I. Cooke; and her grandson Jonah Burton. She is survived by: her mother Joan Irene Thivener Cooke; her children, Shane R. Burton (Rachel), Michelle L. Turner and Joni C. Johnson (Wesley); her grandchildren, Kayla Wiggins (Justin), Tre Carroll (Brooke), Kaleb Burton (Cheyanne), Logan Johnson, Eli Burton and Noah Burton; her niece Angel Sams (Chris); and her nephew Micheal Cooke (Stephanie). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Savannah Freewill Baptist Church (4010 State Hwy 65, Conway, SC 29526). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the White Savannah FWB Church Cemetery (4010 State Hwy 65, Conway, SC 29526).
