It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Borkowski (Conway, South Carolina), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dziadyk and Anne Dziadyk. She is survived by: her significant other Richard "Rick" Borkowski; her daughters, Allison Nelson (Stephen) of Charlotte, NC and Amy Edwards (Bryan) of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Carter, Daniel Nelson, Rachel, Elizabeth, Julia, Clara and Hannah Joy Edwards; and her siblings, Michael Dziadyk (Jennifer) of Bristol, CT and Shirley Meyer (Bill) of Rock Hill, SC. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
