He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edgar and Elsie Jo Hardee Brown; and his siblings, Jimmy Brown Jr., Earl Brown and Kathy Brown Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Coye Yvonne Heffington (Jonathan) of Loris; his stepdaughter Merissa Lee; his brothers, Paul Brown (Cynthia) of Galivants Ferry and Jerry Brown of Conway; his grandchildren, Raynor Heffington, Nehemiah Heffington and Rebekah Heffington; the mother of his child Nancy Brown Roberts; and his sister-in-law Tammy Brown. He is also survived by four step grandchildren and many other family and friends.
