She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Gallagher and Joan Gallagher. She is survived by: her wife Patti Goemans of Conway; her pets, Flash and Kali; her sisters, Barbara Fletcher of Durham, NC, Meg Sears of Columbia, SC, Aileen McTaggart of Columbia, SC and Charlene Gallagher of Madison, WI; her brother-in-law Randy Fetcher of Durham, NC; her nieces, Cheryl and Jenny Sears of Columbia, SC; and her great-nephew Cayden Barnett (Harper Reese) of Columbia, SC.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carsens Ferry Clubhouse (1200 Carsens Ferry Dr, Conway, SC 29526).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The American Cancer Society or The ALS Association of NC.
