Margaret S. Thomas Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2025, at the age of 88, Margaret S. Thomas of Converse, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Margaret is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Margaret's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee Solesbee and Mary Melinda Little Solesbee; her husband Hack; and her sons, W. H. Thomas Ill (Vivian) of Inman, SC and Glenn Byron Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Jean T. Loving (Gary) of Boiling Springs, SC, Sally T. O'Shields (Allen) of Spartanburg, SC and Wendell A. Thomas (Lorri) of Converse, SC.. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM at the Bobo Funeral Chapel (1860 Cannons Campground Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Converse Baptist Church, PO Box 159, Converse, SC 29329 or March of Dimes.
