He is survived by: his family, Columbia and Charleston; his wife Elaine Eaker; his children, Lisa Ellsworth (Jerry) of Spartanburg, SC and Dr. John Brian Fowler (Teresa) of Spartanburg, SC; his grandchildren, Alexandria Ellsworth, Oliva Fowler and Zane Fowler; and his brother Mark Fowler. He is also survived by his family and friends.
