He is survived by: his children, Charles St. Clair of Spartanburg, SC, Andy St. Clair of Rittman, OH and Lisa Anne Moldenke of Toledo, OH; his siblings, Jerry St. Clair of Coal City, WV, Jimmy St. Clair of Anderson, WV and Bonnie Basham; and his grandchildren, Timothy St. Clair, Joshua St. Clair, Brandon Moldenke and Micayla Moldenke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives and friends.
