He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Holton and Ollie Ellis Holton; and his sister Doris F. Gelnett of Dowagiac, MI.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Franklin Holton; his children, William Thomas Holton Jr., Robert Franklin Holton and Cheryl Holton Blanks of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Emma Lyndsay Blanks of Charleston and William Lanning Blanks of Columbia. He is also survived by his 5 nieces and a nephew.
