He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl M. Moore and Nelle Carpenter Moore; his daughter Cindy Sue Fincham; and his siblings, Emily Jewell Hare, Carl Eugene Moore and John Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Kitzmiller Moore; his children, Debra A. Moore of Columbia, SC, Rebecca Lynn Stanley (Randy) of Belpre, OH, Eva Marie Jurrison of Morgantown, Allison Carline (John) of Morgantown and Randy Moore of Morgantown; his children-in-law, Mitchell Fincham of Summit Point, WV and Diana Moore; his brother James Moore (Clara Jean) of Morgantown; his sister-in-law Dorothy Moore; and his grandchildren, Scott Fincham (Amy), Ryan Fincham (Renee), Marsha Coggins (Gary), Tiffany Fields (James), William Nick Moore (Kristina), Ashley Moore (Jesse Meyers), Mallory Moore, Regina Eddy, Brandon Eddy, Steven Eddy, Nicole Carline, Brittany Carline, John Carline II and Oliva Carline. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
