He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carson Holcomb and Nira Ayers; his wife Mary Bopp; and his daughter Linda Lee. He is survived by: his children, Jeanette Sparks, Stephen Holcomb (Helen), William D. Holcomb (Kimberly) and Paul Holcomb (Shannon). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
