He is survived by: his wife Valerie S. Washington; his children, Carmen Washington (H. Antonio Goggans) of Newberry, SC and Juan Tillman of Bowie, MD; his grandson Corley Byers of Columbia, SC; his great grandchildren, Corlen, Je-Siya and Kamira Byers of Columbia, SC; his brother Dennis Earle of Columbia, SC; and his goddaughters, LaJuanya Jones and Denise Earle Gibson of Columbia, SC.
