He is survived by: his wife Sandra Winter; his sons, Michael Winter (Amy) and Steven Winter; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Delis, Britton Delis (Cassie McDowell), Lindsey Giglio (Samuel) and Rebecca Gable; his grandchildren, Edison McCutcheon, Echo McCutcheon, Jayden Winter, Maylea Winter, Brooke McDowell, Mackenzie Gable, Colton Delis, Jenson Giglio, Whitley Gable, Gunner Gable and Harper Giglio; and his sisters, Patty Brannon and Evelyn Blevins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
