He is survived by: his wife Palmira; his children, Jose Nieves, Sr. (Paulette), Wanda Randolph (James Lowman) and Marguerite Randolph; his grandchildren, Jose Nieves, Jr. (Mickelle), LaToya Nieves, Robert Randolph-Cooper, Sr. (Brenda) and Ryan Jones (Andrea); his siblings, Thomas Randolph and Mamie Eleazer (Otis); his siblings-in-law, Carlos Olivencia, Sr. (Donna Gomez), Salomon Ortiz, Jr., Saturno Soto, Isabel Garcia, Carmen Ortiz and Edith Gonzalez (Santos); and his daughters-in-law, Felicia Jones and Angela Alexander.
