She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary F. Vinson and Mary Elizabeth Dickert Vinson; and her husband Jan M. Smoak. She is survived by: her daughters, Janis S. Morton (Joseph) of Jamestown, SC and Angela S. Lowe (William) of Columbia; her brother Robert Andrew Vinson (Jean) of Anderson, SC; and her grandchildren, Brittany Bingham, Lindsey Morton, Leah Bingham, Rebekah Morton and Lily Bingham.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel Lutheran Church (2081 Dutch Fork Rd, Chapin, SC 29036). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
