Though Noelia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Noelia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Karl; and her son Karl L. Horn. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Kelly; her grandchildren, Karl Joseph (Sara Anne), Kenneth Joseph (Renae) and Katherine Marie Cartee (Andrew Jameson); and her great grandchildren, Karl Ethan, Sullivan Asher and Greyson James.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to PETS inc, a local non-profit animal rescue.
