She is survived by: her children, Douglas Jones, Jr. of Columbia, SC, Rochelle Jones of Augusta, GA, Barbara Oatmen (Detroy) of Augusta, GA, Aujua Lovest of California and Ronnie Simpsons (Percy) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Sharaud Jones, Anthony Thomas, Jared Thomas, Akeem Fields, Lenton Oatman III, Greg Thomas, Nicholas Tates, Alexis Simpsons, Patricia Simpsons, Ronnie Simpsons, Jr., Jasmine Simpsons and Lechatel Leaphart; her siblings, Elijah Wilson, Ricky Wilson, Conrad Wilson (Susan), Rose Marie Wilson, Barbara Felder Johnson and E. Demetria Burris (Marshall); her goddaughter Ashley Cokley; and her close friend Nellie Ann Fox. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bostick-Tompkins Funeral Home (2930 Colonial Dr, Columbia, SC 29203). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
