He is survived by: his wife Blanche Willard Quinn; his children, Blanche Quinn Richey (Chad), Gregg Quinn Irby (Mike) and Michael H. Quinn, Jr. (Dani); and his grandchildren, Michael Semmes Irby III, Isabel Jane Quinn, Sarah Quinn Irby, Lydia McKinley Quinn, Michael H. Quinn III, Austin Quinn Richey and Francis Gregg Richey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
