He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez King Midkiff and Lawrence Gilbert Midkiff Sr.; and his sister Marjorie Midkiff Delp. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Skeen Midkiff; his daughter Lauren Midkiff Metts (Jimmy); and his grandson Jay Metts.
