He is survived by: his wife Maria Gehringer (Hofmann); his children, Vince Gehringer (Reyna Gonzalez), Erin Gehringer (Murphy McCracken), Nick Gehringer, Jake Gehringer and Mariah Gehringer; his grandchildren, Maddox McCracken, Jerry Gonzalez and Emily Gonzalez; and his siblings, Kathi Stebnisky (Mike), Joe Gehringer (Anna) and Bernadine Gehringer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
