He was predeceased by: his parents, James LoCicero and Antonina Raiata LoCicero; his wife Billie Herd LoCicero of Columbia; and his sisters, Nancy Francesconi, Frances Amico, Helen LoCicero and Adeline Veneziano.
He is survived by: his daughter Jane; his son-in-law Dan Koon of Columbia; his son Geoff; his daughter-in-law Allison LoCicero of Richmond, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Daniel Koon of Columbia and Anna Koon of Tallahassee, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends; and a special companion.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Union United Methodist Church Building Fund, Harvest Hope Food Bank, FoodShare SC or Leeza's Care Connection.
