He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney (Lela Hall) and Tenn; his wife Patsy; and his brother Eulah Malcom Hall. He is survived by: his son James Parker Hall II; his grandchildren, Laura-Leigh Hall, James Parker Hall III (Breanna), Thomas J. Niles Hall, Caitla Jean Hall and Sydney Joann Hall (Ben); his great grandchildren, Aryana Michelle Hall, Eugene Scott Hall Rabon and JoAnna M. Jean Rabon; his siblings, William Green Hall (WG) and Mary Martha Ring; and his nephews, Michael, Jason and Terry Smith. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins, sisters and brothers in law he loved.
