He was predeceased by: his parents, William Telfer and Alice Hill Telfer; and his wife Beverly Ann Brown Telfer. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Ann Alexander.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church (6952 St Andrews Rd, Columbia, SC 29212).
