It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Graham John Shirley of Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shirley and Mary Elizabeth Slade Shirley; his nephew Timothy Shirley; and his grandmother Edith Slade. He is survived by: his brothers, David Shirley (Wendy) and Barry Shirley (Judi); and his nieces and nephews, Robert Shirley (Carrie), Taylor, Savannah and Grayson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eau Claire Presbyterian Church (629 Wildwood Ave, Columbia, SC 29203). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (7100 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29209).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Eau Claire Presbyterian Church, PO Box 3156.
