She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rufus and Eleene Collins Powell; and also Big Rob. She is survived by: her husband Ralph C. Robinson, Jr.; her children, Robbie (Samantha), Heyward (Lee) and Sarah Lyles (Morris); her grandchildren, Elliott, Matthew, Carlisle, Elyce, Sadie, Allie and Alex; her sister Nicky Phillips; her niece Chris Lewis of Columbia; her brothers, Don Powell and Rufus Powell of Georgia; and her siblings-in-law, Bettie Anna Seibels (Grenville) of Columbia, Frank Robinson (Francis) of Columbia and John Heyward Robinson of Charleston.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Cathedral (1100 Sumter St, Columbia, SC 29201). Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Satterlee Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Trinity Cathedral or MSA Hospice.
