She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Taylor of Elgin; her children, Alexander Taylor (Samantha) of Columbia, Charles Edward Taylor, Jr. of Fort Bragg and Crystal Lorena Taylor of Elgin; her siblings, Mercedes Valladares of Panama City, Panama, Noris Brown of Panama City, Panama and Carlos Brown (Dora) of Panama City, Panama; and her parents-in-law, Theresa Dinkins and Charlie Taylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, many other loving relatives, and caring friends.
