She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Campbelle and Rose Campbelle; and her sister Rosemary Bledsoe of Ninety Six, SC.. She is survived by: her husband James Butler of Columbia; her son Doug Butler (Lisa) of Johnson City, TN.; and her siblings, John Campbelle of Walterboro, SC, Robert Campbelle (Susan) of Bristol, VA, Paulette Villarreal (Ed) of Snellville, GA and Phyllis Smith of Hamlet, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel (7600 Trenholm Rd Ext, Columbia, SC 29223). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Northeast Presbyterian Church (601 Polo Rd, Columbia, SC 29223).
