He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Martindale and Queen E. Martindale; and his sisters, Theresa L. Darnell and Donna G. Roof. He is survived by: his siblings, John H. Martindale, Jr. (Evelyn) of Calhoun, GA, Keith D. Martindale of Chesnee, SC, Phillip A. Martindale of Columbia, SC and Lisa Rene Busbee (Len) of Lexington, SC. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
